Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
If necessary, to work off those 30lbs we're all obliged to gain, we can start a thread on good work-out techniques, or healthy diet plans?

I am just wake up early and run everyday, and try to stay away from fattening foods and sodas. I actually didn't do too bad this year, I tried to limit myself to vegetables and as few meat as possible...but the BBQ chicken kept calling my name. sweatdrop
