This station is named after Fyora's first daughter and third child, Calyra. She kills her mother later on, but is brought back before Calgar kills himself after a 5 year murderous rampage.
Calyra is a name I entirely made up. However, I used the traditional naming style from Dragon Riders of Pern, where the parent's names are combined to make the child's name, the father's name being first.
