Yes, I know. It's insanely large. But scarily well though out. For anyone who can't read Japanese it says:

[Ok, basically, on the horzontal it says 'Uchihacest' the first vertical word it 'Itachi' then 'Sasuke' The Last veritcal phrase it 'older brother and younger brother'.]

Furthermore, the rainbow colors stand for gay pride (YAOI!) and the five hearts at the end are ment to symbolize the five year diffrence in age between Itachi and Sasuke.
