Shayna finished paying for her toy and with a quick thanks to the cashier ducked out of the over crowded toy store. She looked around but couldn't see either of her companions. With a little frown, she had't meant to be so long, caonsidered where the closest craft store would be.
With a good idea, she set out towards the shop Kemuri had found and caught up with him and Jade just as they were about to enter. "Sorry." She flushed and stuffed her cold hands into her pocket. "The line ups were insane."

"craft store!" he said hyperly to Shay. as Jade took back her hand, Kemuri took a proper pose. "sure, let's go in shall we~" he opened the door to the store. "After you two" he said with a small bow to Shay and Jade.

He certainly is over zealous for the occasion, Jade thought to herself as she watched him. Turning to Shayna she smiled politely in greeting. "Holiday rushes tend to be." She shrugged her shoulders, glancing to the craft store doorway Kemuri held open. "I don't think many people are going to be investing their time into making anything so close to Christmas."

Shayna laughed and playfully pushed Kemuri as she passed by "Someone had to much sugar this afternoon" she teased as she entered the warmth of the craft shop. Shayna nodded at Jade, "true, not mention making things is so much harder than buying" she looked at her artistcally void hands. "much much harder."

Kemuri giggled at Shay's playful manner. he followed into the heated store. he looked around in the 'not-as-shoved-as-the-toy-store' terrain. he looked in awe as he saw all the soft fabrics and markers and plaster and almost any craft supply you could think of! he looked up at the hanging signs that hung from the ceiling. he read them.
'markers, pencils, pens', 'paints, watercolours', 'papers', 'fabrics', 'accersories'.
there were more but he just read the ones he could see from over the people and stands and junk around the store.

"Well... What sort of fabric do you both like?" Jade asked curiously as she started into the building with them. The different colors were certainly something. She pondered a burgandy, or a dark navy blue to match the little fellow's eyes- but what creature should she make? "What about a dragon, or a lion? Those are things little boys like, right?"

Linking an arm with Kemuri Shayna looked around the comfortable little store. It felt cozy and warm, and in all honesty made her feel a little sleepy after being out in the cold. She looked in awe at the rows of craft supplies, most of which she had no idea what to do with.
Shaking her head slightly she responded to Jade, "Something soft...like ultra suede(sp),, or the really soft stuff babies tos are made of" Shayna may not know much about crafts but she did know fashion and that meant material. "A dragon would be neat." she thought of her own orange plush at home.

Kemuri didn't flinch at the touching of his arm by Shay and her clothed arm. he felt as if it was natural for him and her to link arms.
"yea, a nice dragon would probably be nice. a kind dragon maybe... you never know where his personality will go with the young boy." Kemuri said as he drifted off, looking at the fabrics before them. he looked about to see all different kinds of fabrics with stripes, polka dots, or flower patterns. there were so many, he wondered what colour Nikolai would like.

The woman started to browse about, finding a roll of suade with lots of wrinkles in it. "How's that for dragon skin?" She asked, though didn't quite like the magenta shade it was in and set it back. "Or maybe...." She started over towards another rack of fabric, and plucked out a dark green silky cloth. Certainly that would make a better skin for a lizard. "Could you both please find a foam stuffing?" She asked of them as she tucked the fabric under her arm to go search for accessories. The dragon would need felt for a tongue and other parts, not to mention eyes and claws.

((definately thought i had responded to this post...sorry guys >.<))
Shayna nodded in response, "of course." She looked around for the small signs that hung above the aisle searching for a hint of where the foam may be. With a shrug she started out of the fabrics and towards another aisle close by with Kemuri in tow. In her head stuffed animal skin should be near stuffed animal insides.

Kemuri searched for big bags of cotton or wool. Lily;s friend had showed Lily what it was and Kemuri saw that they were in bags with a sheep on them. He searched without following Shayna because he just drifted off and stuff. (( why yes, yes it is over XD. we can continue for fun, can't we? for NEXT YEAR! ))
