Sugar Coated Strawberry Great! ^^
Talons are pretty easy for me, I could do that fairly quickly, suring the muscel structure tutorial ^^
So, I was thinking that the best place to start would probably be an over-view, then maybe a head, then body structure, then the wings, spikes details etc. then do a quick one of dragon-like poses. Okay? ^^ That's a really good idea. I'm okay with that.

I draw dragons quite often, and what usually manages to trip me up is imagining the head from various angles. Like 3/4 from the top and bottom, or straight on.
I like the idea for a dragon-like poses section!

Sorry for the absence, guys ^^
I'm not great with head angles, but I'm pretty sure I can give it a go ^_^
As for the making it look manga part, I've been practicing this, and it looks like there are a lot of ways I can help you with that ^^ Mainly with the eyes, detail ammount, lines and with colour. ^^
Been busy this week, but I think I'll be able to start the sketches by Saturday heart
Keep the ideas coming guys if you think of anything else ^_^

Dragon Art is a good book on drawing dragons. As for poses and stuff.
First you need to know what type of dargon you are going to draw. It does not need to be the some old dragon that everyone knows. Try a new species.
For new species and the same old dragon. Use fantasy books, pictures of other dragons, pictures of other animal, for referance.
My dragons are pygmy dragons. Right now I am working on dragonflies. You can see two pictures I drew on profile page.
edit 3/13: I have changed my profile. The pictures are not there any more. You can find them on my deviant art page. The link is in my profile.
