At cheapest i'm sure you can get some Chinese GZ34 tubes for as low as $10 a pop if you know where to get them. Just a bit of advice, don't ever use Chinese (any brand), Svetlana/EH or Sovtek KT88, 6550 or EL34 power tubes in amps with plate voltages over 500-500V. Bad unpleasant things can happen... and that may be a big understatement.
Though yeah, i'd recommend getting some advice from places like The Speaker Surgeon (tis some guys i've come to know and they generally help me out with all my ampage needs) before you attempt to install the tubes yourself (if you had plans to do that of course). Tubes can be cheap and they can be expensive, just like anything else. But seeing how you say your wanting to repair a Fender amp, then the tubes for such a common brand honestly shouldn't cost you all that much (depending on how many you need of course). Also, who knows how much someone will charge you to install them. Some people can be fickle like that. Either way, I wish you best of luck.
