Just wondering how many of you have an Art Shop in the Mini Shops forum. If you do leave a link as well. Sammich and I co-own a pencil sketch art shop. We do okay, but we haven't had it open lately. x_x We've both been preoccupied with job searching and stuff, though she did take a request the other day...

I've been thinking about opening an art shop, but first I need experience so I've been drawing my friends for free. But of course, whenever I draw something my scanner breaks or my Photoshop breaks. I have Painter but I HAAAAATE it. I only use it because I'm in a Corel Painter class. sweatdrop
But hey if I ever get my stuff working I'll draw you guys for free if you want. I just need practice drawing avatars and examples to use in my shop when I do finally open one. sweatdrop
Fair warning: I'm not very good. I still have my Halloween signature because I'm too lazy to change it, but I drew that picture of myself in my sig. If you click on it you'll be taken to my craptastic DeviantART. I do better with traditional media, but since my scanner doesn't work at the moment and I haven't gotten around to using someone else's, I don't have anything recent on there other than doodles in Painter or something.
If you visit my DeviantART you'll see my lovely stick figures. I'm also considering opening a stick figure shop. It would be really cheap of course. xd

Practice is always good. I started out with a freebie shop for a while, then went on to the pencil one... haven't done any in quite a while though. I got busy with other stuff. x_x

I have me an art shop that I recently opened (see sig below rofl )
And do you know why you should be a customer? Because our lovely captain Jammer Lea was my very first customer and she was very much satisfied with her avi art. My prices are reasonable (I hope sweatdrop ) and the time it takes at longest is only 2 days.
If not be a customer than an advertiser! It's easy gold.
