Fubuki Tenjoin, known in the 4Kids dub as Atticus Rhodes, is a character from Yu-Gi-Oh GX. This is somewhat of a sequel series to the original series, which features a protagonist that is exceedingly happy-go-lucky and doesn't get fazed by losses that will destroy the world because he's having fun. (A huge improvement over the original series' protagonist, IMO.) It also, for some odd reason, has the basis of a boarding school where people learn various strategies for the series' card game. But that's not important.
A little bit of backstory: Fubuki is the older brother of Asuka Tenjoin (dub name Alexis Rhodes). He disappeared a while back along with several other members of his dormitory. About half way through the first season, who should show up but the first member of the season's evil group, who for some odd reason calls himself "Darkness" ("Nightshroud" in the 4Kids dub). After Judai (Jaden, according to 4Kids) defeats Darkness in a round of said card game, it turns out that Darkness was actually a brainwashed version of Fubuki, but now he's back to normal more or less. Except... his evil side does come back for about five minutes or so about half way through the second season, but that's not important.
As for his personality, Fubuki is really funny. He enjoys wearing hawaiian shirts and playing the ukelele, and he dreams of himself and his sister becoming pop idols (at least, as far as I've gathered - I'm stuck watching silent versions of the episodes without subtitles, so everything I know is gathered from summaries). However, he does know when to be serious when he has to be. But when he's not worried about his sister (or amnesiac), he's always got a smile on his face.
