Personality/background: Born from a black hole, she was created from gravity. Ceres is a kind soul who realizes exactly how powerful she is. Her power eminates from the orb containing a black hole in it (black holes are basically pure gravity, to put it simply.) She keeps it on a chain that can't fit over her head if one were to try to pull it off.
Powers: Creating small gravitational fields for limited amounts of time -except for the one she's in all the time- whether it be increasing or decreasing the force of gravity. She wouldn't have the power to do anything crazy like control the complete gravitational force of the planet, or anything of that sort. Just small areas, probably the biggest being a 10-ft sphere.
