You know, I was thinking, wouldn't it be fun for us to hang out in the Casino together in a multiplayer room? At another guild I'm in, we're making rooms non-stop, and it's just fun to hang out with guild buddies.
So if you guys are as addicted to gambling right now as I am, we can post if we've made a guild gambling room. razz
Just something to do, lol. Something to wake us up a little. *pokes everyone*

it seems like a good idea. but co-ordinating time-zones and such would prove to be somewhat difficult. i am also unsure of how the multiplayer system works, as i really haven't made much in the single player, and lost interest since then. how would one join a running game?

It's very very easy. The hard thing is just locating the room among the hoardes of others. But to make it easier we could surround whatever we call it with symbols and capitalize the entire title. xd

It would rock to be all Ten-Foreward-ie. We could serve Synthehol!! Or something like that. I could really go for some Andorian Ale... *Dumps blue food coloring in to Sprite*

LOL, but of course, now that gambling isn't as profitable as it was before, my gambling urge has gone a little... down. D:

I am not all too fond of Slot Machines, I don't see the probabilaties in it as many others do. I prefer the card Games, Blackjack and such, as they are easier to see a winning possibility, aspecially seeing as I was raised on Poker. It just feels so much more natural to hold the cards in your hands ^_^

I'm a bit obsessed with these slots. As a matter of fact, this post is giving me money. I'll hit the slots RIGHT after this. I usually hit the gay rooms in the casino, but if you need somebody with a room I'm j00r man. My computer is only shut off if the power goes off, other than that I could make a room and let it be open for EVER.

That's a great idea, Ginga! I really like the new gambling too (though some multiplayer card games would be so COOL. cool )
What about starting our room titles with $$ and then having something Star Trekky, like $$Quarks! or $$DABO! or $$Play Dahm-jot (or however you spell it)? That way, we can just look for one when we go to gamble, and if there isn't one, we'll just start one up! (It'll be like we're speaking in code! whee )

Whenever I make one, I'll make it painfully obvious that I made it. It will have some sort of Janeway reference, I assure you.

Now, you know, I find this interesting! We're talking about casino bambling in Deep Space 9, and run by ferengi on a cardassian ship or not, the Federation people seem to disdain all money - so how the heck do they participate at all?
That, by the way, has been the thing I like least about Roddenberry's universe. His notions of perfection are a Socialist state where all forms of monetary exchange are sneered at. At least in the original series and the early movies, people had exchange in the form of credits, no doubt deposited into personal checking accounts instead of issuing paychecks.
Go figure it out!
