So I have this thing where I buy a pair of jeans solely to write and draw on them. I have several pairs now, so obviously I have to make a RENT pair. They say "RENT" really big on the front of the right leg, and on the opposite leg starts the lyrics of "La Vie Boheme." All the lyrics of both A and B take us to the back of the right leg. Then I credit myself, Jonathan Larson, and the cast of the movie, since it was the first version I saw.

If I ever meet any RENT cast members I hope I have these pants with me so they can sign them. xd

That is SO unbelievably awesome! You are very creative! I bet many people would pay for a pair of pants like that... I mean look at all the people who buy ripped jeans for hundreds of dollars... Just think about what they would spend on something truly amazing.
It would be awesome to get them to sign your pants too!!!

=O ZOMG. For career day, I had gotten this apron out of an old dusty box in the basement and splattered it with paint and wrote "LA VIE BOHEME" on it. =P I was an artist, but with the red paint everyone thought I was a butcher... but that's okay.... o_x I got lots of compliments from strangers because they read the "La vie boheme" and instantly associated it with RENT. It was SO superliduperlyspondidily-liciously awesome. =D YES!
I'm going to make a whole outfit to go see RENT on stage. >< I CAN'T WAIT!

I love the idea! I don't wear jeans, but I might have to start now. Writing a whole song out on a pair of pants is the best thing since pointy witch hats. I might have to take your idea. I hope you don't mind.

I lied before when I said I don't wear jeans. I do now. Because of your idea, I bought some and began the strenuous task of writing all over them except I took it a step further and drew in the heart, stars and flower that maureen has on her pants in over the moon and wrote in some lyrics that were cut out:
Mark: He says he doesn't need support groups
Roger: I say he'll bring his camera
Mark: he doesn't know why I go when I'm not sick or queer
Roger: Footage to make a career
stuff like that. THANKYOU! I plan to wear them when I see Adam and Anthony on september 9 (it's their last night) smile

That is so incredibly creative! I think if you got them signed by the cast, they'd think you were really creative or very obsessive XP
If I did this, I'd do Seasons of Love.
