Have any bards here found out what triggers the Frenzy Fife's Latent Effect?
i've got a suspicion that it's Song Triggered.

I don't understand the point of that fife...-chr??? latent is prolly triggered by March...but havent' tested bc I dont understand the point of the fife at all.

i'd be more of a /equp range "Frenzy Fife" for the Maat fight since the +STR is the equivilant of two Sun Rings.
