How do you get the new characters i mean ive been getting them like every so often. Why is this? Is it like you kill so many of a certain type of character? or get Marona up to a certain lvl ? SO CONFUSED xd

With human-type characters, you can make them after you've killed one of them. With monster-type characters, you can make them after you've killed a lot of them (somewhere around 20, I think).
