I have been experiencing this phenomenom for a while now, and it's really wierd.

Sometimes, albiet rarely, when I'm out and about, I'll catch a glimpse of someone and immediately think 'Wow... they seem really cool!'. This never has anything to do with superfical apperance, sexual feelings, or anything of the sort... but it's an interesting phenomen.

Usually, the person will, in return, appear to have the same notion about me, and we'll enter this dance... wandering around the shop, gallery, library, etc., pretending to go about our own business, but every now and then, secretly glancing back at the other person, longing to talk to them. I actually almost talked to one of these people at the library the other day, but my mother was with me so I was too embarassed...


However, once when this happened, I did talk to the person who had caught my attention. He turned out to be a really cool guy, and now, nearly a year later, we're really good friends. It was odd when we first saw one another... ten minutes after I met him we were chatting and joking like old friends, and still do to this day. That is especially odd, since I wasn't with any friends when I first met him, and when I'm alone I'm usually extremely shy and have immense difficuly warming up to people.
He is one of the people I feel I can most trust, despite our relatively short friendship... and I've had that sense form the start...


Has anyone else ever had experiences such as what I spoke of?

What do you believe is the deeper meaning behind such situations, if there is any?

That happends to me all the time, that is how i met a very good friend of mine, Mason.

Yeah, KuroHono09, I know what you mean. I met my fiance that way. We didnt really know each other at all, but one day, we just started talking on AIM out of the blue and I found out later that he was preparing to end it all that night. So, I know I didn't catch on in the beggining, but once we understood we had a connection, we're unbreakable. And yeah, fate works in strange ways....

Interestingly enough, I've "met" two people in a similar manner that Daisuki did. One was my dark mother(*doesn't expect anyone to know what it means, but kudos to those that do*) who we've sort "adopted" each other, and my ex-significant other, the only reason why it didn't work out being that I was becoming severely depressed due to the distance, and, being underaged, I didn't have any means to see him at all. Mind you, he's only about 3 years older than myself, though the law says otherwise, it'd be a perfectly normal and acceptable age difference in any other relationship.

hmmm i think it has happen to me a few times. tho i don't remember it. so when it dose happen i will act on it. mrgreen
