Try UG(Underground Level B4 of the clocktower) for a while, I'd think.
I went there at 69, and didnt leave until 82 or so.
The main thing to fight are Bathories. Also there are Jokers, and Whispers. And finally the 3 boss monsters, swords, but an fwing, or teleclip will fix that. Bring some yggs just in case. I used a double crit hybrid jur and did decently on them. I also used an evil jacket to keep from being cursed, but some opt for a stronger armor. Pots if you like, I wasn't a big potter, still aren't.
It's a nice leveling place, I think, only trouble is the cost of an UG key to get in. Around 80-120k on my server, Loki.

Another good place is maybe high orcs.

UG Bathory's is generally the best for a Sin with decent agi [60 or 70 base should be fine for handling mobs easy enough] if you don't have/have access to an Ice Pick.

I level my 75 sin in niff 2 primarily, but then I have a priest leveling partner. I see a lot of sins leveling in magma 1 when I'm leveling my main, and I know several of the sins in my guild level on TI either surface or level 2, but I think they have ice picks...

I level my DD SinX in TI2 or sometimes Sleepers if I am bored/lazy xD
I occationally goto Magma lv 1 or Goats, but these maps I'm talking about need an Ice Pick, else your damage blows and you'd get much better exp p/h some place else.
TI Surface [lv 1] is best usually if you don't have an Ice Pick or high crits mad
But you need around 220 or 230 flee to solo Surface decently. ninja
