I try to organize my town, you know make sure there is no weeds, nothing on the ground, everything in your closet is what you need, etc. I always have it good for one day and then after a week or so it's back to it's messy state! gonk It takes me forever to put it back to perfect. I tried organize my closets by abc order but next week I gave up on that idea. Talk about:

How this problem of mine can be overcomed (advice)

 I'm restarting soon, and when I do I'll try to be really organized with my trees and flowers.

I've heard the best way to figure it out is start with the trees. Keep planting trees until they seem satisfied or say there are too many. If there are too many, chop down the ones that are too close together first. Check back at the Town Hall often.
Then worry about flowers next.

I have a perfect town ^_^. It took a bit to make it but still. The hardest part is the trees, after that its easy mrgreen .

I'm trying to get a perfect town right now.. Spending a fortune on the damn trees!

Well, the first problem is the trees. You have to either shake tree's and get their fruit so that you don't have to buy a tree from Nook, plant it and wait. Keep doing this untill you hav too many trees. Chop one by one down and go back to the office and ask about the enviroment. Untill everyone is satisfied, keep chopping a single tree and returning to ask about the enviroment.
To maintain your perfect village, just water your plants and don't litter. Also keep you home clean, this doesn't really effect your village, but it's nice to do so. Just keep pick weeds and such for 16 days. If you can keep your town perfect for 16 days, than the golden watering can will be yours.
Task list of keeping it perfect:
1) Have you picked your weeds?
2) Have you picked seen unusual flowers grow? (like a Jacobs ladder)
These plants are telling you that your village is healthy and your going the right way. Dandilions are both good and bad, they are considerd to be both weeds and flowers. If you keep them, make sure there aren't much around. Just wait untill there white and blow them away by equiping them to your character, this will raise your "Luck stat" that is, invitsable statues your character has that raises your luck for that short time. It's best to clean your village after blowing the dandilion.
3) Have you checked in at the post office to see where you are at?
4) Have you watered your plants?
5) Does it feel crowed when you run around your village. Either you have to much trees which is kinda bad or you have to many villagers wich is good because they rather be outside than inside because the town is nice.
6) Is there a flower at every house of your villager?
Many villagers love flowers, they are the ones who plant flowers around their house. You can help them if you plant a single flower next to the sign that says their name.
7) skip seven
8 ) Have you talked to all your villagers and made them happy?
Villagers love friendly neighbors, excpecially those who mail them letters.
(Oh yeah, just making sure you are reading this, so I just wanted to be kinda funny with the skip seven thing.)

The tree thing is what gets to me. Everyday I buy both sapling's from Tom and plant them. They either die or they don't...but mostly die. I put space around them so they can grow, yet they still die. Why? WHY?!

I try to do it even though I've already gotten two gold watering cans from people who didn't want them. Although maybe I have too many flowers since I lined my river and pond/lake things with them. And all of my villagers houses.
