Gaia's administration does not include a Banning Staff. All bannings are done by their faithful and trusty Moderators. All of the moderators are given colored names while the NPC characters like Rina are represented as [NPC] Rina. The Mods and Admin are colored as follows:
Site Administrators Creators of Gaia Online, responsible for sitewide development.
Omnimoderators Responsible for resolving account issues, hacking cases, and scamming cases.
Global GAIA Moderators Handle abuse and harassment cases, as well as help oversee ToS issues across the entire site.
Dedicated GAIA Moderators Work in a specific part of the site, handling ToS violations and thread move requests.
GAIA Helpers Assist Dedicated GAIA Moderators with thread move requests. (specific to only the forum where their name is listed). They do NOT ban people or delete threads!
