Don't like dull furniture that just sits there? Want a little of fun and activity in your life?
Well, this is the right place. I want to make a list of 'interactive' items. Things that change or /do/ something when you click on them in the game.
I'll start off with what I know, and I'd like other people to add items they discover to be interactive in roughly the same format.
If you can add colors or knowledge of luck bonuses as well, that would be great.

 The following are rather obvious:
Beds - Lie down/roll over
Chairs - sit on
Couches - sit on
Gyroids - turn off/on (various sounds/dances)
Lamps - Turn off/on for lighting
Stereos - turn off/on for music. Add music.
Drawers - store items
Edit: It appears that if you're on furniture while someone is in your house and you press these buttons (A, B, X, Y, select) your character will say a couple of things. B button is the nicest.

Arwing - plays Starfox music
Ball return - makes a green ball roll in/out with sound
Bowling pins - makes a rattling sound and shakes
Clackercart - paddles go up/down and makes sound as you push it
Dharmas (large & mini) - Makes sound when you turn them on/off
Doghouse - rattles chains and makes a pair of red eyes glow in the hole
Globe - spins around and makes a sound
Jack in the Box - 'Jack' pops out
Master sword - plays music from Link
Microwave - turns on for a little while
Mixer - turns on/off which makes noise and spins
Ninja sword - add/remove throwing stars with sound
Pinball machine - makes the starting pinball sound
Train set - start/stop train
Treasure Chest - Open/close
Triforce - Plays Link intro while the pieces spin.
Unknown Machine - Makes sound while shrinking/growing
Washer/Drier - makes noise/can switch between washing & drying

The following things are 'passive' but have sound effects that can't be turned off.

Bonfire
Executive Toy
Fireplace

the master sword plays a short tune from Zelda, the tune that plays when you come across an enemy like in Zelda: The windwaker, when you are in the forsaken Fortress and thoose piggies catch ya.

toaster - bread goes down and a few seconds later toast pops up
outdoor bath - you can turn a trickling sound on and off
kitchen sink - turn the faucet on for running water
deluxe range - eggs sizzling in the pan, turn off or on
stroller - push it from back or front and the wheels turn
toilet - sit on it then get up and it'll flush (if I remember right the men's uranel flushes too)
cabin clock - cucoo bird comes out to chime the hour
wobbelina - wobbles when you pushe her
lab bench - sparks fly between the cundocters when you lay down
trash bin - the lid flaps like you've tossed garbage in
deluxe washer & automatic washer - washes clothes when turned on
computer - turns on
passive
clothesline pole - clothes blow in a breeze
