wing1933 Smigg-the-Miserable Children are always scary. Well, in scary stuff anyway. And sometimes in real life. It was one of the creepiest I have ever seen. I think it has to do with the way it just seems kind of inescapable.

And the fact that a single touch makes you one of them.

And the fact that a single touch makes you one of them. It's the ultimate terror - a thing which can change you into something beyond your comprehension with only a single touch, which appears normal and yet somehow alien, which shows no remorse for what it's doing, and treats it's pursuit almost like a game, something that breaks through any barrier and with a voice that follows you everywhere you go, and which will spread and pursue you until there is nowhere left for you to run.

Plus it is the whole mob action/anonymous aspect of it. Definitely human, but somehow soul-less.

i got the biggest scare today. as you all know, the gas mask kid episodes are playing on tv here in aus. well, this morning i decided to watch it. after the first episode had finished i had to run off to work experience. i have been spending the last week working in a child care center. anyway, i got there on time and put my stuff away. as i was about to go out and help the kids i relised that my shoe was un-done. so, i was tying up my shoe when i heard a voice say "are you my mummy?". i almost screamed. it turned out that my bosses son, who has blond hair and blue eyes was walking around looking for his mum. he had seen me and decided to follow me, thinking that i was going to see his mum. anyway, that was my first heart attack for the day. and i thought you would like to hear about it.
