And I contacted 4 people about flaming last night. Two people were really understanding, and said they deserved a warning and knew they were wrong. So obviously some of the guild agrees with warning for flaming 3nodding The other two...I dont even want to go there xd Lets just say they weren't very happy.
Should we make a thread about the warning system, or just warn people when they need it, and tell them about how many chances they get when they get their first warning?

I'm not sure which would be better; both making a thread and telling them when they get warned have their merits. >_>;
Making a thread would cause drama for those who know they'll end up warned. But it might also make everyone realize we're being serious about the drama and therefore make them think twice before starting any drama so they wont get warned at all.
However, keeping it private would keep the drama on a smaller scale, and we'll only have to deal with a one or two people rebling against having rules against drama at a time, as opposed to making a thread and having to deal with a whole be fiasco about it at once. Although there may not be that much drama about having rules, and everyone might agree with us about it.
I dunno. There are pluses and minuses to both, like you said. I'm not sure which to choose.
