for the past month (more or less) i've been eating a lot less. it started with me skipping lunch and eating less dinner and breakfast,i think i lost 5-10 pounds on that. now i'm skipping breakfast,lunch and i refuse to have any candy or sweets. i do eat dinner but i have to eat something with less than 170+ calories,which mostly means i eat special k creal. in all i've lost 16 pounds but i still think i'm fat butt you can tell the difference(two people have told me that.one said i was evening out since i'm 5'9 or taller) and i've been exercising too.

i think i've been doing okay(but then i think i'm being a stupid idiot beacause it's not good to just eat a little bit),since i stll do eat, and i don't think it's an eating disorder but are these signs of one?
if not i'm just complaining because i want to tell somebody i've lost 16 pounds but i can't-or rather i won't.

It sounds like it could be. If you want to lose weight it's better to eat better food (fruits, vegies, ect.) then less. You can do more physical activity as well.

Starving yourself is not a healthy way to lose weight though. The body will respond by trying to hold on to what it has and then when you eat your body will try are retain as much of it as it can. The body thinks that there is a food shortage and it want's to stay alive.
