Lucine sits outside in a pile of fallen leaves. Her paws flexing to make them crunch. Ears flicking as she sniffs at the evening air. It was nice at the moment, but it smelled like it would get really cold soon.
Lowering her head, she lets out a sigh. Two choices were before her. Make her way back to her burrow, or head into the nearby feli house. Lifting her head once more to look in the general direction of the building, she sees only a lit blurr in the night. The star flecked feli had mixed feelings about entering that place. "I wonder who all is there.." she says to herself as she takes a tentative step in that direction.

Yawning, the dark colored Feli padded out, his dark figure slinking through the Feli flap. He stretched out on the porch, his mouth opening in another, great yawn. Sighing, he sat down where he stood, letting the sharp, cold air wake him up.
Ears twitching, he turned his gaze towards something that appeared to be a shadow moving within the bushes, and the sound of leaves being crushed. Rising slowly, and ears flat, he glanced over towards the direction of the sounds.
"Tch, be quiet over there, won't you?" He grumbled with annoyance.

Garland coming outside wasn't seen by Lucine, as it was darker then he was. But at the sound of that familiar voice, her head pops out of the bushes as she lets out a cheerful greeting to her friend. "You gonna make me be quiet, grouch?" A smirk tugging at her muzzle as she makes ready to bolt.

He hadn't realized it was Lucine yet, as his ears flattened. "Why don't you shut your mouth you stupi- ...Lucine?" Raising a brow, the male rose from his spot, and padded towards the edge of the porch.
"Tch...well then, it's been some time, hasn't it?" Typical, typical Garland greeting.

Laughing, Lucine springs out of the bush towards him. "Darn right it's me! I'm surprised you even remember me." Her tail flicking as she trots over to where he is. "You are so lucky you didn't finish your original statement. Or I'd have to bite your rear." Coming to a stop at the bottom of the stairs to the porch and grinning up at him.
