unlike my other guide, which was a guide to contractions, this is a guide to slang, some of it you will run into even in a polite conversation. I HAVE NOT INCLUDED ANY UNCOMMON SLANG.

Before showing you how to use it, lets go over why its a big factor in setting tokyo dialect from standard japanese:
~its used all the time
~the hyoujungo equivalent is じゃないか・ですよね
～ Its slang borrowed from yokohama dialect, ts the kind of slang you can use in a polite conversation
This is how you use it:
いいじゃん
this can be translated as "is it good or what?" or "its good isnt it"
its confiming the positive, more forceful than ね And less forceful than でしょ
いいでしょ
いいね
The first one is like saying "its good right" or "its good, see i told you, right?" "its probably good, but i dont care if its nots because im assuiming it is"
the second is just "its good eh?"

Please not ehtat even though written in katakana , nothing here is borrowed from any other language than japanese dailects.
タメ＝ 同い年
（Borrowed from chiba dialect）
っしょ＝ でしょ
（Borrowed from hokkaido dialect, used only when its hard to say でしょう With the previous word)
っス＝ です
ウケる＝ Funny interesting
イケる ＝ Cool
イケメン ＝ Handsome man
キモイ ＝ 気持ち悪い
ウザイ ＝ うるさい
ゲロ ＝ Barf
うざいって ＝Cut it out!
元カレ＝Ex boyfriend
元カノ＝Ex girlfriend

You may want to note: あんがとう its slang teens occasionally use, it is simply ありがとう

ウチ Is commonly replacing あたし、Though this pronoun is dead in kansai. the difference you say？
ウチ＝ It sounds young slang and teenish, you probably wont use it after 20. it can also kind of rude in the wrong context
あたし＝ well, for one you can use this for a lot longer. till you re about 35. next, even female children use it. its a nice normal for a girl to say atashi, sounding young feminine, and it has a nice ring to it. not as rude as uchi

This basically is 本当（に）。
Just as saying 本当に？ Is stronger than 本当？
マジで？ Is stronger than plain マジ？

んな＝ そんな
もん＝ Aside from being the contracted form of the feminine particle もの。 It can also be just a contracted from of 物。
A:んなもん買うかぁ？
B：ううん
A:えっ？！なぜ※？！買えっちゅーの！！
※ なぜ Has a very demanding tone to It。
どうして Souds soft/polite, and you best use at side times if its not polite situation. Or when the situation calls for soft speech
なんで This is just colloquial, no nusanses.
