well... it's a hard chance for ino to be Sasuke's nurse since Ino can only heal Minor Wounds as stated in Wikipedia o_o;; and Sasuke would most likely to end up with wounds worse than minor, and Sakura can heal Major ones so... Sakura has like 99.9% and Ino has 0.1% >>;; I'm not bashing Ino but She's just not the major person who Somehow ends up healing Sasuke.

I'm sure Tsunade would specially put Sakura in charge of Sasuke. Tsunade knows how much Sasuke means to her after all.
