Post away! The title says it all. Since this a dollfie guild, you can stick poetry about your dolls here, etc. I don't think it has to be about dolls, it's pretty much up to you. Feel free to comment on people's works. 3nodding

A Warm Dream
((Atatakai no Yume))
This warmth that you breathe right into me, Fills me up to keep me wishing. Like the north star that fell from the sky, You carry my dreams in your heart – in your eye.
...
Sit as I might in a tree out of reach, I imagine a world of twilight beach – And as you have my hand in your hand, Our thoughts skip from sand to sand.
...
But your tender wings take flight into night, The skies are black and your wings are white. You blink an eye and fall out of sight – To leave me forever as you might.
...
This warmth that you breathe right into me, Fills me up to keep me wishing. Like the north star that fell from the sky, You carry my dreams in your heart – in your eye.

((NOTE: I think I got in touch of the little-me again, even if it was very briefly.
That, my friends, was the only thing that made me look up into the sky and wonder why it all had to go away so quickly. That, was the only thing making me feel oddly sad and glad again.))
Raining Sunshine
A Shakespearian Sonnet
Dancing on the dew with mud-sponged feet, Warm soaking showers weigh rivers down backs. Laughter pealing through a water-gold sheet, Voice of sweet-nothings; a body it lacks.
Arms apart and hands spanning left to right, Spinning, spinning jutting chin towards the sky, Not dismaying in a water-gold flight, For pale rain does not hinder wings that fly.
No fear for the awning of a new day, No care as to where the muddy road leads, Only the warm sun-rain and child’s play Means anything to what the light heart needs.
In the golden times of raining sunshine, Did the pale rain stream to make all things fine.

Rosy-White Winter Morning
((For a Friend))
On a rosy-white winter morning,
we walked side by side.
Strolling the glowing pink streets,
treading with water-dewed feet.
---
Shivering and huffing together,
our frozen limbs strain.
Our heart pulses as one,
with the heat rush blushing our faces.
---
With flushed cheeks,
we stand above the water-dewed world.
Before us rolls a frothy-white ocean,
above us holds the blooming sky.
---
Cold daylight strikes the misted sea,
the glances into our eyes,
to blind us with a beautiful sight
of a morning betrothed.
---
On this rosy-white winter morning,
we turn back to back.
With palm kissing palm,
we stare into water-dewed thoughts.
---
Our words mingle with the white silence,
changing air into clouds.
Our breaths become wispy,
we’re no longer huffing...
---
On that rosy-white winter morning.
