I'm not a man, I cannot lie. I know the plans for your life. I'm asking you to dream again, believe again and Take the limits off of Me.
No I'm not a man, I cannot lie. I know the plans I have for you they're my design. So I'm asking you just to hope again and trust again and Take the limits off of me.
All I'm asking is take the limits off. Take the limits off. Release Me to accomplish what I promised you. Take the limits off me, take the limits off release me release me
No limits. No boundaries. I see increase All around Me. Stretch forth. Break forth. Release Me. Enlarge My territory.
Take the limits off. Take the limits off. Release Me. Release Me.
Take the Limits Off/No Limits by Israel Houghton
Above I have written the lyrics to a song by Israel Houghton. First of all, I never intended to do this sermon, but it's on my heart and it's something I have to be learning myself. So I highly doubt that this sermon will be long, but I pray that the Holy Spirit will guide me to say what is in the Father's Will.
Do you know that nothing is impossible for the God that you serve? Absolutely nothing.
Ephesians 4:20
Now to Him Who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or thing, according to the power that works in us.
Read that?
Read it again.
Did you?
Okay... let it really soak in.
Now listen to what I'm going to say to you.
No matter WHAT you dream, it's small in comparison to what God has planned for you.
So then why aren't we there?
Simple. We have placed limits on God, doubting that He is able to do His work in us, bless us abundantly and fulfill His mission in us because of our own lack of ability.
Well, I have a wake up call for you. Since WHEN has it ever been YOUR ability to get you to do anything or through anything?
We have placed limits on His blessing in our lives by accepting the world's standards of how, when and where things work out. And because of those limits, we haven't prayed beyond those limits. Many Christians sit in poverty because they've accepted it. God never intended for any of His children to be in lack. He expects us to go forth in Him and take back what the world and the enemy has stolen from us. Do you know that somebody is living in that gorgeous house that God wants you to live in? Driving in that car He wants you to have? Has that record deal that you want?
All because you've placed limits on Him and the work He wants to do in you.
We have given up the authority over our circumstances. We've given up our ability to dream big.
It's time to take the limits off Him.
Many of us are obedient in seeking Him. (See Matthew 6:33) but what about the all things which is to be added to us? Have to put a block in the conduit through which God wants to give you all things
To unblock that conduit, we need faith.
Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews 11: 6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Hebrews 10: 35-56
Therefore do not cast away your confidence which has great reward.
For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will or God, you may receive the promises.
Now read those again.
Finished?
Moving on...
Joshua 6:1
Now Jericho was securely shut up because of the children of Israel; none went out and none came in.
How many of you realize that Satan is intimidated by you? Yes. You heard me right. He is so intimidated by you, that he was built these walls around the promises of God over your life.
What is your wall?
Is it doubt? Fear? Feels of your own inability to accomplish?
Is it generational curses? Curses of poverty? Generational curses of poverty?
Is it soul ties?
What is your wall?
More importantly.
What is in you that needs to come out of those walls?
Is it wealth? Is it your gift to sing or draw or dance or write and use this to minister? Is it your humour? Is it your very joy Satan has locked up?
When you realise these things, there are two more things you need to realise:
arrow When you begin to prophesy, Jericho will be shut up tighter.
arrow The moment you decide to become a solution, all hell will break loose.
You (myself included) need to get over the delusion that Satan wants you to achieve or doesn't care if you do. There is literally no way in hell he's going to help you accomplish. He'll fight against you.
But God...
Joshua 6:2
And the Lord said to Joshua: "See! I have given Jericho into your hand, its king and the mighty men of valor."
Not only has God given you Jericho, He's given you it's KING and it's ARMY.
Now chew... and swallow.
You are to prosper on Earth. You are to dominate it.
I feel compelled to address a huge lie.
The lie is that: Poverty is a sign or righteousness.
That's crap.. ! Seriously.
You mean to tell me that I am ROYALTY in heavenly places and I can't prosper here on Earth?
Refuse to believe it. It's a lie from the pit of hell that will keep you bound.
Don't see your wall!
What you see will manifest itself in your life.
See the promises God has for you. See the greatness and glory of your God and stop exalting the problem!
Now... I feel that I ought to stop here and let the Holy Spirit take over in what He has to say to you.
I'll leave you with this:
Isaiah 54:2
"Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, And strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, And your descendants will inherit the nations, And make the desolate cities inhabited.
Isaiah 54:10-17
For the mountains shall depart And the hills be removed, But My kindness shall not depart from you, Nor shall my covenant of peace be removed," Says the Lord, Who has mercy on you.
"O you afflicted one, Tossed with tempest, and not comforted, Behold, I will lay you stones with colourful gems, And lay your foundations with sapphires.
I will make your pinnacles of rubies, Your gates of crystal, And all your walls of precious stones, All your children shall be taught by the Lord, And great shall be the peace of your children.
In righteousness you shall be established; You shal be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; And from terror, for it shall not come near you.
Indeed they shall surely assemble, but not because of Me. Whoever assembles against you shall fall for your sake.
Behold, I have created the blacksmith Who blows the coals in the first, Who brings forth an instrument for his work; And I have created the spoiler to destroy.
No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgement You shall condemn This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me," Says the Lord.
Love --Asha

Asha, my dear sis, awesome. But isn't there a verse that says, "Blessed be the poor, for they have the hight place in Heaven"? That verse was never explained to me.

Hayabashi 2 Asha, my dear sis, awesome. But isn't there a verse that says, "Blessed be the poor, for they have the hight place in Heaven"? That verse was never explained to me. I believe that the verse you are referring to is Matthew 5:3, which reads: Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. And now for the explanation. 4laugh 'Poor in spirit' speaks of a state of humility in which you recognize how small you are in comparison to God. You are basically humbled by God's awesomeness, power and authority so you recognize that you need Him and it is by this recognition that we gain access into His heavenly places.
