Well, it's been going for about my whole life. I'm 14 and my mom still blames everything on me. When i was about 7 or 8 yrs. old my mom would always get mad and takes her anger at me. She would pull my hair. Once, i was locked up in the room with my mom and she hit me so hard a tooth came out. Just, a month ago she went to the hospital and my mom blames me that i did. She was stress out because of me. Everytime she thinks i took her money, she thinks i did it. I always cry at night because she really isn't being a mom as nice as my friends. and she threaten once to call the police. Which i never did anything before. Every since my grandpa died last year, she's been stress out atleast, and i cry thinking if this would happen if he didn't die. She only thinks my big brother is the nice one. So, i don't know is it abuse?

If she's physically hitting you or beating you, yes that's abuse.
If she's verbally screaming at you and calling you hateful names that aren't true, yes that's verbal abuse.

From what I heard, yes, this is a case of child abuse. If there is any physical hitting involved, and it leaves any bruises, then you can sue for child abuse. Now, when this happened when you were 7-8, you can't start a case using that. But if she does anything now, go to your local police department and then you can bring up any past cases. That is abuse.
Your mom obviously has some stuff going on with her and is taking it out on you.
You should report it.
