Geographers should help with that. Safe if you're careful and you're in the area already.
That's provided you're solo. With help (tanks) you could do mi gao (ugh, evil map) or you could do darkframes/clocks (need a good tanker for that).
Paired with a thief (or someone with a hide clip) you could cliff shoot seals on the beach...just need the thief to have a good hide to go below on the beach to be 'bait' to keep seals in the area. Best with wind arrows.
