HACKED!!!! Please Help!

I wasn't sure where else to post this (if anyone can give me other forums where this is accepted that would be great).

I stopped using this account about two weeks ago but my other account, Bella_De_Velours, was hacked last night anywhere between 10:00 pm and 12:00 am. Now, I have to either go back to using this one or create another due to all of my things being gone and the a-hole who did it changing my password.
