*The gray colored youth was spending much of her time back at home now, though her mother had left with her brother off and on the to rouge lands… she felt better here; she felt safe being back at home. Something about the Swamp Lands set her mind at rest. A soft yawn passed her parted maw as she rested her head against the muddy earth. Her fur was covered in a soft layer of mud; she has been sun bathing all morning.*

He had wanted to see his sister. He had just reached his adolescent stage, adn he wanted to show Zoo his beginning of his mane, how big he had gotten. He honestly missed his sister, true, the rogue lands were great. But he missed being able to play with her all the time, seeing her everyday. Gharadi was closer to Zoo then any of his other siblings, just a way of life. True, Gharadi had a twin, but they seemed too different. Least with Zoo, they could hang around adn have fun no matter what the circumstances.
Gharadi had forgotten what it was like to have a constant layer of mud on his paws, it was nice, sorta. It made a squishing sound under his paws with every step he took. He thought he saw Zoo in the distance, perhaps it was just his eyes playing tricks, he wondered if she had grown too.

*With a soft yawn the young female rolled herself upward and sat upon her lower paws. Her pale eyes softly narrowed as she started to lick at her left paw. She was content here; this was the place that she was born, she wouldn’t leave it. If her mother wanted to go… then she would stay; Zoo had to carry on here… she felt attached.*
“Mmm…”
*A soft mutter passed her maw as she slowly pulled her gaze upward. A bright smile passed her as she eyed down the figure of her brother.*
“Hey! What are you doing here!?”
*She called out, assuming that he would be with mother in the rouge lands.*

Gharadi smirked at Zoo as he got closer, he puffed out his chest like he always did, to make her laugh, "I had to come see my sister, I'm not that mean to never come visit her," he said smiling, he polpped himself down next to her and looked at his apws, mud, brown and squishy. The roguelands weren't like this too much.
"How've you been Zoo? See you got bigger, any guys giving you trouble?" he was protective of her, if anyone got too close to her, Gharadi would be there to see what they were like, to make sure they were nice to her, treated her right. Gharadi only wanted the best for his sister.

“Haha! Oh my, you have not changed at all!”
*Zoo giggled as he puffed his chest at her. She felt better with him around… Zoo had been having trouble seeing lately… though she wouldn’t tell any one, it was good to know that he brother was around for the time being to help her if she needed. She loved his company! Her sister and other brother were not around… not as much as she wanted them to be, so to her seeing him was quite a big deal.*
“No one is giving me trouble! Why would they!”
*She laughed softly, before giving him a coy smile.*
“How is mother…?”

Gharadi loved seeing Zoo smile and be happy, Gharadi thought Zoo as his muse in a way, the thing that drove him to become a better lion. Perhaps someday he would be a grand lion, and he would make Zoo proud. He was so proud to be her brother, and he would always be there for her when she needed him.
"Perhaps not as much, but someday I might, but no matter if I do change even the slightest, I will always be your brother Zoo," he said with a smile, padding closer to her and offering a nuzzle against her cheek. Zoo truly was Gharadi's drive to success.
"Just making sure no one is giving you a hard time, sis, or else they'll have me to deal with," he said with a smirk, sitting down nextto her and flicking his tail to the side. "Mother is well, she seems to like it out there, but sometimes, I miss here, but I think out there might be good for me, least for a little bit, I'll always come back to visit you though, remember that..."

“Never change; just do that for me, never change.”
*As he spoke Zoo smiled brightly and nodded. Her soft colored eyes had been failing her and she couldn’t really make out his kind smile anymore. She squinted and did her best to make out his face as she smiled at him.*
“So, how have you been? Keeping well I would hope? Have any new friends?”
*Zoo questioned kindly, she loved her stories about his trips out to the main lands.*

Gharadi watched Zoo for a minute...why was she squinting at him? Was something wrong she wasn't telling him about? He tried to get a good look at her eyes but couldn't, he had always known they were lighter in color, but was something happening to them?
He tilted his head at her words, never change? Everyone was bound to change, but for his sister, to her, he would always be the same, he would always look out for her no matter what, "Alright Zoo, I won't change, I'll always be your brother, I'll always be there for you I promise."
"I've been well, met a few friends, older lions, but they've been nice, they make me long to travel to other places, but also make me realize I miss home, being here. One I met had many marking upon his back in the colors like a rainbow, I wish you could've seen him, he was so nice..." he trailed off, the mustered up some courage to ask her why she squinted,
"Zoo, is everything alright? Your eyes, you've been squinting, is everything okay?" if something was wrong, he wanted to help her, even if it meant hunting down someone to heal her, perhaps one of those gods of goddesses, he would try, even for her.

“I am fine, really...”
*The young female lied blankly to her brother. She did it out of love… she didn’t want him to worry about her, she would be alright, her vision was not what was on her mind now, anyway.*
“Really, I’d tell you if something was wrong…!”
*She nodded a few times. Zoo hated having to lie to him... but she would rather him not worry about her.*
“Do you think mother would like to see me? Maybe next time you come by, you could bring her?”

Gharadi quirked a brow at her, suspiscious of her behavior, she seemed nervous, but he wouldn't press any deeper. He believed Zoo was telling him the truth, he would never doubt her (even if she was actually lying to him at that moment if he knew).
"Alright then, just want to make sure you're okay...wouldn't want anything to happen to you Zoo," he said with a smile, it was honest, he never wanted anything bad to happen to her.
Gharadi nodded at Zoo with her next question, "Yes, course I can, I'm sure she'd love to see you, would be like a mini celebration between us all, would be fun, like old times..."

“Maybe next time you come then, you could bring her?”
*Zoo mewed faintly; she loved seeing her mother… Zoo looked so much like her after all, but she also wanted to see her sister too, she was after all blood related, even if they didn’t see each other much anymore. With a soft sigh the gray coated female lifted herself and nuzzled her head along her brothers before speaking.*
“I am sorry...but I am feeling a bit tired now, I am going to retire to my resting place… do tell mother that I miss her, alright?”
*She spoke with a soft smile, before turning herself to pad away.*
“Oh and, keep out of trouble, will you?”

Gharadi smiled warmly at his sister and nuzzled her back, purring somewhat in his throat. He would always be childish around her, purring one of the things he considered one of his childish actions.
"I will Zoo, I promise," he stood up and flicked his tail back and forth and smiled at her, nudged her with his shoulder, "Then if you are tired, go rest, I must be heading back to see mom again, I'll tell her for you, I promise, I won't forget."
He smirked at her comment, grinned a white toothy grin, "I'll try Zoo, and you be careful too alright? I'll come back soon, I promise," with that he turned and began to pad away towards where he ahd last seen his mother, but he stopped and glanced back, waved a paw at her and began to go off to where his mother was.
It was hard to leave his sister here, but he would be back, he would come back to see her soon.
