Maybe have one sub-forum for MODs only that do with the goings on with the guild and stuff and a few others doing with specail RPs and topics like Anime/Manga/Yaoi/Yuri things like that

Maybe you should make certain jobs for your Crew like make a HeadCrew that to specail jobs around the guild i can work up a plan if you like
