The theme for the PPV and a video package playued. After it, pyro hit and the theme continued as they showed the cheering crowd...The fans held signs such as, "Raw is War!", "Raw will go to hell", "Fear Disciple!", "I saw the card and my pants got wet!", and "I want my mommy, she could beat NAY!"

J.R.:"Welcome to another WWEU pay-per-view! We're about to hit our one year anniversary here at WWEU and what better way then with Raw starting off a PPV!"
King:'That right! Tonight will be huge! Hell in a cell that will be taken over by Raw! And more! Let's take it to the wannabe show now!"


Tazz:"Shutup King! I hope Raw taps out in the cell...."
Cole:'Well, ladies and gentlemen, once again, welcome to yet another huge pay-per-view! We've got a lot on the card! We'll see stuff like King as ref. for disciple and Matt stone. And like they've already mentioned, hell in a cell will be huge. Not only because of Raw vs Smackdown but because of DX vs DX!"
Tazz:"That's right! The degenerates collide! It'll be huge! Now, let's take it to the Cell's number one fans, the spanish announcers!"

Corlos and Hugo started talking about the card and they included something about Foley falling off it and landing on them. When they finished, they took it to the ring for the first match.
