Precious_Cabi Sacred_Guardian Precious_Cabi I love how we went from sequels and prequels to Square's sluts to DBZ! I'm not sure if using magic more would give the Winglies more magic... I guess I see it as kind of like a bit of a supply-deal. It'd run out eventually, IMO. On the line of DBZ, I loathe it. It's the same thing over and over!! It's a continuous cycle of flying around, fighting, training, and those stupid battle-competition things. Over and over... gonk I need plot! *Continues watching V for Vendetta* Anyway, I would still find it funny if Square took LOD. Not only would the initial shock be enjoyable, but the curiousity of how they would destroy the characters would get the best of me. They'd probably give the lady-Dragoons even less to wear when they're transformed... scary... o.O They would probably do it just out of spite of LoD coming out saying it was better than Final Fantasy 8. haha That's what happens when they create a game riding off Sephiroth's success without Sephiroth being in it... their fault, not LOD's. Square did well with Dragon Quest VIII, but didn't so well with Grandia III. So, really I would be happy if they just stayed out. But, I agree.

I'd like to see more "Mana" games out of them, but if they're out to take over Endiness, I doubt I ever will... I guess all I can hope for is that they create an amazing story-line and say the hell with the graphics; I hate how everyone is getting so worked-up over them. (Like FF7: AC, the story was too random for me and it seemed like Square was out to show off what they can do with their computers)

I heard on myspace that LOD 2 was either released or being released in japan.

What they might make a lod 2 oh yeah. We can only hope that they go through with it because id like to see the new one with new age graphics it would probably be sick!!!

Im kinda stuck on what i'd want them to do... I'd like them to make a sequal because it'd be cool to see what happens afterwards and to be able to be the dragoons once again without playing the same game... but if you think about it, what if they mess it up completely? What if it doesn't do some well, then they'll have turned something great into something horrible.... so im stuck...
Maybe they should make a prequel where you get to be zeig, rose, shirley and the older dragoons xD

Well, not to get anyone's hopes up but, my cousin and I will make a sequal if there isn't one already when we have the means. We already have most of the storyline written, and alot of the additions, with a few major twists...but we'll do whatever it takes!
Here's a teaser, "11,000 years after the Second Dragon Campaign, the wold is in danger again..." or something like that...can't say anymore, i't kinda sensetive material. Oh, and we kept the stardust.

Baulder NOOOOOOOOO!!! Damn... I don't want sequel.... A prequel would be nice actually. the way I see it, in a prequel, dart doesn't know about the dragoon. so it'd have to be about Rose's jouney. in a sequel, Dart has everything as far as a dragoon goes. they'd have to cook something else up and letting Square Enix do that would probably ruin it. even though, they both sould like better game than most of what comes out now.

(I am not a member yet but i have heard something.) At the end of the first disc when you see the two eggs in what is left of the Divine Tree is where the sequel idea comes in. The are posts all over the web of this guy who is rich and his son loves LOD, he is planning on buying copyright to the game and makeing it two where the dragons are reborn from the eggs at the tree and seek revenge for what happened.
