strength: gotta go with a near draw
speed: goes captain seeing the terminator never ran really
agility: gotta go with cap seeing he has really training
fire power: well cap can dodge laser's with his shield so bullets should do the same and teh terminator can take a bullet with nothing more than leaning back gotta go with terminator as his shot gun makes a better weapon than caps laser pistol but he has a shield so it is a toss up
endurence: well gotta go with terminator cap has his shield but i am doing a halo test(wall of laser's test you) terminator can take a few while one good one could kill capn
