I've never tripped, but I've stumbled many times.
I have a knee problem, and once we've stood for warm up, final rehersal, and gone across the performance area, it's killing me, and I'm limping terribly. One time going up onstage for adjudications, I did trip, but my friend caught me before I fell. Normally I wear my knee brace, so I look like I'm limping even before we get off the bus. >.<

I hope your fall didn't hurt too much! And it's great that you still did good smile
I can't remember tripping on concert, but I remember standing on the music room steps and talking, then stepping off the steps... a second later I was falling! rofl One of my friends held up her hands and yelled 'I didn't do it!' which made people look over even more. Ahh well. whee

My friend, Kaitlyn, was singing a solo during a church service. She was standing up at the podium, and when she left to go back to the choir area, she slipped. Kaitlyn grabbed on a microphone for support, but pulled it down with her. All the while the choir teacher is freaking out and grabbing for Kaitlyn's arm. The choir is just standing there, wide-eyed.
We never let poor Kaitlyn forget about it. XD
