bleh, he is so not hotter than McDreamy....but yes, he is hot.
McDreamy is hot in a reality, "hey look at that anonymous guy one the street, he's hot" kind of way.

McSteamy is hot in the "wow that actor on the television show is kinda hot" kind of way.
