Ok I feel the need to take a stand and make rules for our so called “blacklist” here these will be the official rules unless anyone has ideas for improvement

1.to enter the blacklist you must have at least one win under your belt to enter
2. challenges for any spot in the blacklist cannot be denied only postponed
3. if you lose on the blacklist you will take the spot of the person before you so if you number 10 you will be taken off
4. there will always be a chance to get back on the list or take your spot back
5. there is to be no ego’s involved this is meant solely for the sake of rap and the rappers haven
6. if anyone quits there spot will be left void and a contest will be held among the remaining people lower then that person for the spot if it is the tenth person that quits every rapper in the rappers haven will hold a tournament (if they want to be apart) and that will decide the spot
7. if you are in the one spot you must keep battling people (at least once every two weeks)or else your spot will be void and a tournament will begin
8. if you are taking a vacation your spot will be taken and you will have a chance to battle the person who is in the spot on your return
9. if any egotistical ******** should arise about the blacklist both parties will lose their spot on the list

i havent but i did come up with the idea for the blacklist (along with durrty and cteezy i wont take all the credit) so i feel the need to fix the mistake of having a blacklist with no rules i would like this to be stickied or made into an annoucement but i cant because im not a mod

i think 9 should be taken out because you can't stop it the random acts of ******** will continue as long as someone still has a huge ego i wont name names but if 9 is in place many people will lose there spot causing more ******** and confusion among the blacklist i vote rule 9 be taken out

I think any such listing is flawed in many ways. Nothing short of a large tournament can't constitute a fair rating system for seeds. Then If we do have a tournament we need impartial, non-rapping judges. People who don't have agendas to push or any of that s**t. Ideally there would also be "skill" top tens, also presided over by the impatial judges. A blanket listing like that is terminally flawed, as I've stated many times.

On top of that we need people to stop all of this petty bullshit, it slows the wheels of the haven and clogs it up with petty argueing. WHat we need is a thing like they have in Boo's battledome. With little conversation in the haven itself. There's a whole damn guild you can talk in. This is the "Rappers" haven, not the "talker" haven. It would just work better if this were a more streamlined.

I know I'm talking about alot of changes, but not actually telling anyone what to do. I am gonna bting up my plan with CT (as soon as I finish it). But I am really trying to make this better - so don't get on my balls because I'm a visionary. A great man once said "To be brilliant is to be misunderstood". (I'll be impressed if anyone can tell me who said that.)
