Adeir Herr Astro What type of clothes were they? Because I can understand pants and shirts not being lined as uh, human pants and shirts aren't lined. But if it were a vest or a coat, I'd be rather surprised. It was a raincoat trenchcoat type of deal. Jeans and shirts, yeah, I don't expect them to be lined. But human trenchcoats are. XD I actually expect doll coats to be lined. If anyone is familliar with Volks's MSD Enn, and his little vest- It is LINED and has a really awesome dart-shaped yoke to it. I was really surprised by it!

Reviving to say that I got a bunch of stuff from Dollmore for Christmas, and it is AWESOME. My only complaint (which is mostly my fault for not remembering to take it off) is that is that on their little prince outfit, when I tried to get it on Enki, the brooch grazed his face and severely damaged his faceup- to the point of needing either a complete or partial wipe. gonk
Other than that, OMG CLOTHES. WIN. heart
They also gave me a pair of free eyes (pretty blue with patterns) and their famous shrimp chips.

So are the Dollmore acrylic eyes nice? I've been lusting after some of the special patterned ones.
They also have a little MSD size leather jacket that I have every intention of buying after my bank account recovers from the holidays.

They're very nice. A lot of light can actually reflect into them, so they look less like plastic and more like glass. Unfortunately I'm not sure how to describe my only complaint. It's like you can see dots from where the pattern was printed. I'm not sure if it occurs on every eye, or if it's just the pattern for mine. But for $9, I'd say the eyes are worth it. These are what they gave me. You can kind of see what I'm talking about in the photos. My friend has a few pairs of their normal colored eyes, and she really likes them.

Err... If you don't mind me asking, do their SD sized clothes fit SD13's? If those don't, would you guys know what sort of size label I should be looking under? confused

These are the free dollmore eyes I got. They're pretty weird XD And these are the black Dollmore eyes I purchased. :3 I rather like them. I really want a pair of the neat all red ones. Definitely nice for only $9, that's for sure. :>
As for buying from Dollmore, my only problem was that I never got a shipping notice (despite it saying on the site that they send them). It just came to my door just around the time I'd expected it to arrive. XD

I think thats probably going to happen to most acrylic eyes unless some god like printer is used. I know it's there on both pairs of acrylic eyes I have (DOD and Artistique). I was just curious because not all acrylic eyes are made equal some catch light better than others, and as I want these eyes for a tender eyed doll, catching light is a good thing. He looks like a eyeless monster in enough of my pictures as it is.

It's good to know they take paypal again. For a while there they didn't. I did an order with Ebi and we had to thread it through my dads credit card at the time.
It's true that some of Dollmores clothes aren't the best in quality... Though that's usually the less expensive items. Sure it's not the best shirt ever... but it only cost 7 dollars.... or something equally ridiculously low.

Loved ordering from them; they answered all my questions quickly and professionally, easy ordering process (used the .net site), he arrived in three days (ordered it on a Saturday, meaning he was still in the process of being shipped all though sunday!) as opposed to three weeks, was all snugly and cafefully packed and came with a bagful of freebie goodies! And when they said he looked exactly like the photos they meant it! He's actually missing parts of his costume and they were very nice about it. After the two of us searching he's (I think it's a he) going to have the person who made his outfit re-make the missing pieces!
Great service, great dolls. Definatly going to be buying from them again.

I've gotten clothes from them, and I have to say I'm impressed. They're not outrageously priced, like some other places, and they're descent quality. smile
