M.E.2 has to leave you feeling sad for Rimmer. I mean, come on, hte guy can't even stand living with himself!

He brought out all the worst in himself. Just proves that people are meant to be social animals. Rimmer and Lister couldn't survive emotionally without the peopl around them.

But let's not pick on Rimmer here. What do you think would happen if any of the other RD crew members suddenly found themselves face to face with *gasp* themselves? Does anyone honestly think they'd fare any better than poor Rimmer did?

Give me your scenario for each of the other crew members (incl. Kochanski and Holly). Put them each in a room with themselves, and tell us what you think would happen!

I think the Kochanskis would get along in the beginning. Talking about opera and such things.

Not sure I could live anyone of them. Lister is the easiest to live with as long as you're not a clean freak.

Kryten I would not mind living with as I hate doing the dishes as well as washing the clothes. Just would need to keep him out of my hobby areas.

Rimmer would not be a hologram for very long.

With Cat, I would not mind trying to temp him with a certain fish. wink But, I don't think I could live well with him unless I need fashion advice.

The snoty cow. Well I would certainly want to be with her for the intelectual background she can bring as well as she knows the space core directives and is able to navgate around space. But, I think she would have more problems living with me. The me with her.

I'm not so sure I agree with you there. The old Kochanski might have been ok, but the new one is so brittle that she wouldn't last five minutes.

Kryten wouldn't make it with himself because he would get mad at the other one for stealing all his intelligent observations. It would turn into a contest.

Lister. Well, at least he wouldn't be able to impregnate himself again. But no, it would never work. Two Listers trying to annoy one Rimmer. Nope, they'd be fighting over him to keep their sanity.

Cat might be able to live with himself. It would be like having a living, 3-D mirror around him all the time. Unless they wanted to wear the same outfit at the same time...

i'm sure that holly and himself would get along. they'd discuss all the things they've read, like agatha christie, and play chess. not sure about their female versions though

I think Kryten would gett all annoyed with himself. "Nonono, you missed a spot." "Thats how Mr Lister likes it though." "No it's not." And so on.
