Read "Flowers for Algernon."
It's a good book, atleast to me. It's about this "slow adult" (Charlie Gordan) whose intellect and/or triples after an operation designed to increase intelligence(duh) artficially. It shows how he goes through different emotions, how he takes people who he thought was his friends and finds out that they're backstabbing jerks, and how he is "sexually retarted", all through these "progris riports" he "rites down."
Great book, I say

Great book, I say i read part of that in our LA books.it's really kind of sad, but yeah it's very good.
