Eclesiastes 1:2 "Meaningless! Meaningless!" Says the teacher. "Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless."
I love that because it's so true. All the little plans and goals people have, everything they do has no meaning whatsoever unless it glorifies The Lord.

My favorite verses are: Luke 15:10 "Rejoice in the presence of angels over a sinner that repents" and Ephesians 1:16-17 " I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him" but my favorite kind of bible is is English Standard Version

"There is nothing that enters a man from outside which can defile him, but the things which come out of him, those are the things that defile a man." - (Mark 7:15)
If you think about this, it applies to everything. I like it because it helps me keep an even head most of the time. I like to think that it means that nothing anyone says can hurt me. Its the way I take it, the way I respond to it which shapes its damage to me.
