"That could be a problem when she gets older." Ice agreed, trying not to laugh.
Walter oohed over the shells, shoving them into his shirt, then tugged out a slightly wet cookie and holding it out to her. It was his very last one, but she deserved it!

The cookie was examined between Anemone's little fingers, and she abruptly bit into it; she ate most of it, but then she opened her palm underwater and let some of it sprinkle into the sea, offering Terror what sticky crumbs were left. With a cookie-covered mouth and lots of chomping, Annie abruptly put her wet arms around Walter's neck.
Walter was going to be a good choice! He was good as Samara!

Walter automatically hugged her back, patting her gently as Otium had once patted his head. He saw nothing wrong with her being naked as a jay bird, and was actually a bit jealous that she got to stay that way.
Oblivion was suddenly hit by a wave of dread for some reason, and she looked around, wondering why that was.

Annie delivered a slurpy baby kiss to Walter's cheek and disappeared again, slithering away from his hug like a miniature eel. This was all right bar the spit. Less fortunately for Walter's daemon, Annie's own had gotten deeply annoyed - or whatever went on in Terror's head - and popped up near the breakers. Before Leon could utter a word, he sent a thin stream of water over that hit Oblivion right between the eyes before scuttling back into the water.
"Ugh," said Leon.

Oblivion jerked, tossing her head almost wildly as she tried to get the water off of her face. Her eyes flashed blood red and she swore silently that she would never forgive the arrogant daemon that dared do something so foul to her!
"Still, baby, let me wipe it off." Ice said, shaking her head and wrapping her arms around the metal daemon to try and hold her still. Oblivion shuddered in her grasp, not quite able to hold still for long. Ice wiped her face off with her sleeve, sighing and shaking her head. "Why don't I get you a snack, huh?"
Oblivion's eyes stayed red and she glowered at the water in a menacing way that she couldn't really back up at the moment, but still--
Completely oblvious to Oblivion's problem, Walter giggled wildly and moved into the water, splashing it with his hands.

"That's Terror," Leon said, leaning back on both hands. "I should have introduced them both. Anemone's the one in the water."
Water that Walter was currently splashing wildly, with Annie's head or feet or hands popping up every so often out of the murk to splash him back. Terror had disappeared completely, possibly under the fire of Oblivion's stare.

He had better hide, was Oblivion's mindset, regardless of whether she spoke it or not. Of course, she had no idea what she would do to him if he actually came close enough to DO anything at all, but that wasn't the point! The slimy little jerk was rude! And WET!!
Walter glanced over his shoulder at his Daemon, giving her a cheerful, slightly chiding grin for her inhospitality. Oblivion couldn't help the tiny little thud her heart gave, even as she glowered at him. Her forgotten was a traitor! Walter laughed, then turned back to the water to try and find Annie again.
