ok...ive descovered the wonderfull tackle..aka rigs aka lures. I got a sibaki rig but for some reason, to me it only seems to work in salt water. Does anyone know of what kinda lure that works in fresh? i wanna be able to catch 1-3 moat carp or those crab things at once like i can with the quu's an bastore sardines.
would be nice if some one could give me some advice smile

i dont think you can catch more then on moat carp at the same time, i think carp mostly eat incect pate.

To fish mass carp, Carbon Fiber rod with insect paste. Rabao used to be the 'it' spot for fishing, but recently SE nerfed catch rates in town to prevent botting. I used to be able to pull in 40k a night fishing carp, and even more with the rusty cap -> padded cap technique.
Now, fishing is mostly profitable for those who accquired lu shangs rod. But, you can still make gil fishing carp, just not near as much as before.

ya i just need massive ammounts of gil to buy my whm new stuff...grrr darn my want for seer's armor ontop of her spells26-30....darn good thing im having her go smn all the way so i dont have to worry about spells all the time. i just might get a mithra rod an go for the robber an rogue rig...hmm my fishing lvl is only 10 tho.

i posted earlyer that there wasn't a rig to catch moat carp. Well i was wrong, its called a Rouge Rig, im pretty sure it expensive. People on Alikazam recommended that your skills be around 25 or around 50. Or else youll be catching a lot of rusty items.

Rouge Rig - it catches 1-3 Moat Carps, but i'll stick with my Bait untill i'm higher level ^_^
