"As we all know now I'm sure Lucy came in 2nd place on Celebrity Duets but not w/o loss at all she was remarkable completely and gave it her all. Not only that she rebuilt the "Xena" fanbase in my opinion - Especially with that one person that was holding up the sign on Live TV on FOX "We Want A Xena Movie!". Lucy has won her spotlight back, shall I say - I mean she's always had it for most of us there was even no "winning it back". Though for newcomers to Xena or for people that watc hed the show and never were completely interested Lucy has won that spotlight back on TV. I think now is the time Sept. of 06' that this movie should be pushed. Lucy did her part, now it's are time to do ours.

I'm completely positive that if we all were to come together again us "xenites" and email Rogue Pictures/Focus Features repeatively they'd eventually cave in now ESPECIALLY since lucy is back in the spotlight and she's proven she CAN do it. I don't know all of you but I'm desperate to see a Xena Movie so I'm going to push it it's 06' now and it's been years since we've heard a thing. Last thing I can date back to is Janurary of 06' and Feburary of 06'. We can do this, Lets get this movie a rolling in my opinion!!! It's our turn, we want a xena movie!!"

To be perfectly honest, from what I have heard about the movie, I dont want one. It will be heavy into the subtext and that was never my thing. There is a reason the ring trilogy was my least favorite of the series.
The subtext didnt bother me so much during the show because it had Ares to blanace it out and now he is gone. I really dont think that they would recast him either, so for me it's eh whatever. If they make the movie I will go see it but I'm not gonna push for one.

Having a Xena movie would be soooooooooo awesome! I bet your bored of reading oooo over and over and over again,.
