but vincent was only 27 before he was experimented on. (as everyone should know, vincent is permanently age fixed on 27 due to the experiments).who knows how long the experiment took hojo to render vincents genes. that part doesnt realy matter, but sephiroth was born shortly after the experiment happened on vincent.so ther was that lapse of time. then we have cloud who was 16 when he was assigned to go with zack and sephiroth, and vincent was still locked up in the basement at this point. (or was he? did anyne else check around for the clues to the safe during the flashback? there wasnt any. and the city burnt down too remember? so hojo had to come back later to drop off them clues as to where vincent was, after he locked himself in the new shinra mansion basement. wink ) but how old was sephiroth at this time? probebly about 27-30 (during the flashback. you have to take into account of how old cloud was at this time(16) and when he was 12, he was talking with tifa before he left for midgar, and he said he wanted to be "just like sephiroth". so when cloud was 12, sephiroth was already the best soldier. but how old would he have been at that time? surely not in his early 20's, that would have been much too young. )[be thionking now. cloud age 16- sephi age 21? no. thats only a 5 year span apart so cloud would have been 11 when sephi was 16] so assuming sephiroth was arond 27-30s when cloud was 12, add the other 4 years (for when cloud was 16)we get about 31-37 (estimate). now add the other 5 years so that cloud is 21, that would bring sephi to the age of about 36/37- early 40s. but then people talk about "what about during advent children? he would be 2 years older." no he wouldnt. at that time, sephiroth wasnt in existence. he was colpletely destroyed by cloud at this time and if cloud didnt finish sephi off, the planet sure did. so we dont realy add any time for that.

so my conclusion is that sephiroth is in his 36/37- early 40's.
