LM Prototype 1: Audi wins again! History made when Tom Kristensen won his 7th overall title at Le Mans, a new record surpassing the great "24 Hour Master" Jackie Ickx who had 6 wins at the world's most spectacular race.

GT1 Class (Known as GTS class in the US): Yet another Corvette 1-2, after the 64 car early busted the same tyre that caused the Dale Jr. incident last year! (No worries, they saved the car because they built extra fuel cell protection so the rubber wouldnt break bodywork.) The 64 finished 2 laps ahead of the famous 63, containing Canadian driver and current reigning US GTS Champion (3 straight years in fact) Ron Fellows of Canada (insert elbow ribbing here). Aston Martin had a terrible night, where 1 of their cars damaged the undercarriage to the point of breaking the gearbox and the other just plain sucked ("Hey, David Brabham, next time you say the Corvettes are sandbagging, you give me a call and I'll tell ya about it...").

LM Prototype 2: Although many laps down, a lone Lola MG crossed the line as the victor of this class. LMP 2 is a class technically made for a certain smaller engine size, thus is slower than LMP 1.
