I would totally be Aerith. She's an ancient, she's graceful, and she can kick a**... until she gets stabbed through the stomach by Sepheroth.
My second option would be Vincent. He has such a tragic story, and he is mysterious. Also, he is really powerful and has some pretty cool powers.

Sephiroth_Gabriel I would love to be Sephiroth. You can't go wrong girls love him, his hair is long and silver, he is completely insane, powerful as hell, and has one wicked long sword. +1 ^^

Lucrecia Crescent, I'm a girl and a scientist, not to mention she had Vincent fawning over her. Ok, so she was a bit of an idiot and made friendly with Hojo... but hey, people are allowed to make mistakes sometimes. And she's the mother of the awesome Sephy! What's there to not want to be? (well other than stuck in crystal stasis constantly telling Vincent that you're sorry and being mother to the being the ultimately wanted to destroy the planet)
