there is this pink callomine (i think that's how it's spelled) that does WONDERS for stopping itching. (well, for me and my sister at least)
I don't know of any sprays, but for lotions...I heard vanilla lotions are supposed to be soothing and help make the itching less. Try looking at Bath and Bodyworks

It actually sounds like you may need to see a dermatologist. I mean if you're always itching and then scratching your legs up from it, you really might need to. And then your dermatologist could tell you what kind of lotion to use or give you a prescription lotion if you need one. x: Other than that, Gold Bond seems to be really good. My Dad has exzema and Gold Bond really helps him.

It could be an allergic reaction to something, like a certain type of fabric in your pants, skirts, stockings, socks, ect.

The backs of my knees often itch, from the hems of my skirts brushing them all the time, but I've never gotten scabs from it. The dermatologist suggestion sounds like the best idea.
You could also have a reaction to the laundry detergent, or fabric softener you use to clean your clothing. I can't stand fragrances, myself. They give me hives.

-C'est la lune qui conduit la danse...-
You might have to see a dermatologist for that. o:
But I'd recommend using oatmeal soap, to scratch away any dead skin that might be causing the itching, and then use cocoa butter to keep it moisturized. Also, putting a bag of ice on it will numb your leg and stop the itching.
Another thing you can do, is to gain tolerance against the itching. Like for me, I spent a while [probably a week or two or three] trying to avoid scratching my dry legs. And now, I hardly scratch, even with the most annoying mosquito bite. 3nodding
And as for your nails, make sure you give yourself a manicure and keep them from getting jagged and sharp.
The scars should go away in a few weeks or so. o: In the meantime, you should wear stockings.

XxcoldrealityXx ll try gold bond/wear stockings and if that doesnt work ill go see a dermatologist. cuz its been like this my entire life =/ If it's been that way for your entire life then you need to go on ahead and see a dermatologist immediately, because that's not normal. It could be a serious problem or a really bad allergy, both of which you'd need treatment for.

If I were you, aside from seeing a dermatologist, I'd wear tights. I prefer Lolita dresses with tights and stockings anyway.

i'm the exact same way! my legs used to be buppy and red and ICKY but i found two things that changed my life!
1-white to pale skin colored tights <3 2- a verious mixture of creams
i use keri lotion first, then alba cream then a white or baby powder
i hope this works for you too <3
(try taking colder showers and shaving your legs very slowly-i use men's razors, i find they work much better)
