Outdoors:

The house looks rather small from outside, a one-story seagreen building with a forest green trim, and a large porch. It's dwarfed by the garden in it's front and small forest behind it, a lively river flows right through the backyard. Nice place to raise wild animals, or Indu's children, since they're pretty much the same thing. Between several of the large trees closest to the house are hammocks, swings, and other... Stuff. There's a large, shabbily built treehouse in a tree square in the middle of the backyard, right next to the river bank in which the children have made their headquarters.

Though she doesn't have as many kids as others she knows, she seems to have more, since they're always underfoot, running around, fighting, playing... Pulling pranks on her. Often there are projects lying about half-finished, children distracted by the temptation of swimming, or starting up a game.

-Greenhouse:
Filled with vegetables and plants used to warmer climates, the greenhouse is always warm, and stands a small way behind the house. It's a favorite place of Raive and Zar's.

-Toolshed:
A more dangerous place than the greenhouse, the younger children are forbidden entry, though the more adventurous ones disobey that rule. This is Meski/Vreni's favorite place on the property and serves as their workshop.

Inside:

The inside of the house seems to be a surprisingly tasteful clash of interests, sprouted from the many different spirits living inside. There are several rooms in the place, most with their own theme, depending on who inhabits it. Indu often keeps the children in pairs until they get to be in their teens, then gives them their own rooms.

-The Living Room:
The first room a person sees when they enter, it's pretty much the main rule of the house that it must be kept clean and presentable for guests. It contains one large sofa, a coffee table, and several chairs, plus a few cusions on the carpeted floor for children.

-Hall:
The hall can be a surprisingly interesting place for someone new to the family, the walls are lined with pictures of all the children, their family, and their friends, often in hilarious or compromising positions, it's the pride of young Kuio, who loves to snap photos when people least suspect it. This hallway leads to a large circular room that the children fondly call The Dome.

-The Dome:
A large circular room that's roof is entirely glass so sunlight can stream in, the curved walls are lined with doors, leading mainly to the children's rooms and the hall continues straight through the middle. From the entry hall clockwise to the next hall there are six doors, and from the next hall clockwise back to the entry hall are also six doors.

Left Side:

Sjajan's Room (Originally Jani and Neme's Room): So far, there's not much decoration, Indu usually leaves that up to her children. So far there's mainly stuff that Jani likes around the room, her yo-yo, glass bottle, and other toys lying about.

Nemetona's Room: The walls are completely covered with embarassing pictures of Shong-Kui in drag, her family, and also power focuses like her pipe and crystals. There are several potted plants and the room has a very tribal feel to it. Neme doesn't have a regular bed, but rather a mattress on the ground with brown sheets and a deep green blanket.

Raive and Yael-Krei's Room: A strange blend, since although Raive and Yael-Krei aren't opposites, they are certainly not a lot alike... Yael is one who gently, yet firmly expresses what she likes and dislikes. There are sheets of music lying around the room, even though she can't read it yet, she seems to enjoy looking at it. Her first present from Indu, and only one for a while, is a beautiful black piano that takes up a corner of the room. Raive also seems to enjoy the thing. Raive is a dark character, and really seems to enjoy only Yael-Krei's company. She's got several rocks scattered around the room that seem to comfort her.

Right Side:

Zar's Room (Originally Zar and Kuio's Room): Filled with flame colored objects, and toys that Kuio never wanted, Zar's room is a rather cheery place, he's also got several pictures that he likes to have near his bed, and he's also got a few gifts lying around.

Kuio's Room: His room seems very dark, and intimidating, themes of dark black and green cover everything, along with elegant black and white photos, mainly of his baby sister, Sjajan in those rare times when she's not smiling. Camera equipment is on the single black table and it seems to be a comfortable place for one who likes to be alone.
