ok so does anyone here meditate, and can you teach me?
im thinking of taking it up to help me recover from my exams.
does meditation work? how about yoga?

Hello, they can be hard to get into for some people but once you get it right it just flows. And I find it's a good thing to put into your lifestyle. I used to meditate, but I dont anymore. I dont think it will be able to help me, Ive gone too far. >.<

Meditation does it worse for me, and it did even worse for my brother. Bouth of us got illutions, and nightmares for a while...
I'm shure we just did it the wrong way sweatdrop
